In today's video I'm going to be showing you how to reinstall the Logitech G-Hub when it seemingly wont launch anymore. Hope this helps you out! Installation Guide & Review - Duration: 24. If the mouse modle is there install it, if it is not listed, select 'have disk' chose the location of your downloaded drivers (this will work if they're in a zip, just extract the zip somewhere and navigate to that location not an exe) let it install the drivers. If it claims those drivers aren't digitally signed, ignore it and continue anyway.
Hi Martin,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.
I understand that you are facing issues regarding the USB. Please let me help you.
Method 1:
I suggest you to check the device and make sure that the device don’t have any hardware issue.
If the device is fine please follow the next method.
Method 2: Please follow the below steps
- Press Windows Keys + X and click on Device Manager from the list of options. Device Manager opens with your computer name at the top and a list of devices that are installed on your computer beneath your computer name.
- Locate the malfunctioning device (Logitech wireless headset H600) in the list of devices, right-click the device, and then click Uninstall. When a warning message appears that you are uninstalling a device from your system, click OK. Device manager uninstalls the device.
- Right-click your computer name in Device Manager and click Scan for hardware changes. Device manager scans your system and automatically reinstalls your device.
- Right-click the device and click Properties. On the General tab of the device Properties dialog box, in Device status, you should see the message this device is working properly.

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried the first method and the headset still does work on another computer.
I also performed the steps for the second suggestion, although windows is not recognizing the device. Instead of any Logitech headset being detected, it shows me that error I mentioned above.
Please advise if there is another solution available.

New Logitech Pro Wireless -- Not Connecting to G-Hub
Hi all, see title.
My mouse is connected as shown in the diagram on the package (that is, USB wire to wireless receiver, wireless connection to mouse) and I am unable to see the device in G Hub.
I have tried (multiple times, in many different orders)
-Deleting Logitech AppData
-Unplugging the mouse and reinstalling the drivers
-Uninstalling and reinstalling both G Hub and Logitech Gaming Software, most recent versions
-Restarting the computer
Still, G Hub shows blank 'Connect Your Logitech G Gear' home screen and LGS only tells me to open G Hub to take advantage of advanced features.
Has support not yet been added for this mouse in G Hub? If the answer is no, then how do I set the DPI?
